Thank you for shopping at Cecchi de Rossi. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shopping Policy.
Shipping methods. During high volume time (such as sale), cecchiderossi.com reserves the right to limit its delivery options. Please refer to the shipping options available at checkout.
Availability. Products on our site are subject to availability. Once you select a product, a message will indicate if that item is available now or available for pre-order. Product(s) that are ready to sell (Available now) will be shipped within 5 business days. Product(s) that are not immediately available (Pre-Order) will be placed on a priority waiting list and are estimated to ship within 60 days for made on measurement products.
Modification. Once an order has been successfully submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We advise you to follow the return instructions available below, or refuse the shipment upon delivery, and it will be returned to our attention. Please allow 15 business days for your request to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse.
Delivery. Cecchi de Rossi will send you a tracking number after shipping to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Please note that during peak times, your order can take up to 5 business days to process before it ships. Please add this time to your selected shipping method to anticipate the delivery of your order.
Duties. If you are ordering from outside of Italy you may have to pay import tax and duty charges. Cecchi de Rossi is not liable for any import tax or duty charges issued by your country's national import office. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled by us in any way. Import taxes and duty charges vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Cecchi de Rossi offers free returns and exchanges on all orders returned within 14 days of receipt, excluding our bespoke products. In order to do this the item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with no marks and all packaging intact. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser. We are unable to offer a refund on any bespoke item as these have been made to your specification.
